Jonathan Eastgate is simPRO Group Chief Technology Officer globally across the United Kingdom, United States, Australia and New Zealand. Founded in 2002 , simPROs job management solutions are used from the office to the field by over 4,800 clients and 120,000 users globally. Since joining simPRO in 2011, Jonathan has been instrumental in evolving simPRO’s suite of products to meet the needs of a quickly expanding client base – with a focus on the deployment of a multi-homed cloud network to service clients globally. Thousands of trade business owners in Australia, USA, UK and across the world now use simPRO to help manage and grow successful businesses. As simPRO Chief Technology Officer, Jonathan oversees development teams along with the IT and Infrastructure team that, plan, deploy and maintain both our internal IT infrastructure and simPRO’s Global Data Center footprint. Jonathan’s team have also been responsible for the delivery of simPROs solutions to corporate clients such as Woolworths, AGL, Stowe Australia, Laser Group, Energy Australia and Sodexo. Prior to simPRO Jonathan gained his experience working in both technical and management positions with a number of well established public and private IT companies including XO, Jumbo Corporation, BMW, and Mincom. In these roles, he was charged with deploying and maintaining their global infrastructure and to set and achieve their IT strategies. During this time Jonathan was also instrumental in providing assistance to other companies within the Asia Pacific through his sessions with QMI Solutions – aimed at assisting manufacturing to make the move to more automated, streamlined manufacturing processes.
